My friends and I decided to have a girl's night out yesterday. We went to see Dear John. We all enjoyed the movie, it was better that we expected.
When a soldier named John Tyree (Channing Tatum) meets an idealistic college student named Savannah Curtis (Amanda Seyfried), it's the beginning of a true romance. Over the next seven tumultuous years, the lovers, separated by John's increasingly dangerous deployment, stay in touch through their letters, meeting in person only rarely. However, their correspondence triggers fateful consequences that neither could foresee.

After the movie we had a dinner at Olive Garden, then went shopping. I had a great time with the girls...

We enrolled Andrew in a swimming lesson at the Aquatic Center.. These are the pictures I took on his very first day of his swimming lesson. He was doing pretty good and most important of all, he was having a lot of fun!

Hope you all had a great valentine's day. We did.
Since valentine's day was a Sunday we decided to have a dinner at home with some of our friends.. We had a steak and shrimp dinner and it was really good!
After eating we played a game. "The Celestial Companion Game" It was a pretty fun game and we had a great time playing..
These are my new additions to my Precious Moments collections. Russ got me this one and it's really cute... "You Capture My Heart"
We got the rest of these last week. They're all big figurines and I love all of them..

We made some valentine cookies last night. The kids had so much fun not only making the cookies but eating them too.. :)
Our ward primary had Valentine's activity on Saturday. It was Andrew's first primary activity and he was so excited about it. They played a lot fun games, made a card and decorated their own valentine cookies. He had so much!
