Since this weekend Russ will be busy for the computer drive they're doing, we decided to go for a ride today as we won't be able to do anything tomorrow and Saturday. We went driving to the canyon and went to Heber City for the Day Out With Thomas. Andrew is a big fan of Thomas The Tank Engine, so when we found out that they're doing the "Day Out With Thomas" in Utah we wanted to let Andrew experience riding a real Thomas train. He had so much fun...

Andrew said his first prayer last night. He gave the opening prayer on our family home evening. He's been good every time we pray, he does what he's suppose to do (fold his arm, vow his head and close his eyes) and he's always repeating what we say in our prayer. Last night, we let him have his turn to pray. We might not understand everything he said but I know Heavenly Father understood all of it and He hears all of our prayers.. I'm proud of Andrew and what he have become as early as his age..

Russ and the boys with our home teacher worked on the backyard yesterday. They were digging the dirt where we gonna put bricks for our patio. Russ wore his hat and sunglasses coz he easily gets sunburn. Andrew just woke up and once he saw what his dad was wearing he wanted to do the same... Like Father like Son indeed!

We went to Mount Timpanogos Temple today (it's an hour drive from where we are). We did a session and it's always nice to go to the temple together. It helped to strengthen our relationship as couple and it always feels good to pray for all of our friends especially those who have special needs. I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to live in a place where some temples are close. It's our goal to go to the temple at least once a week, and we're doing pretty good with that goal so far...
Andrew has been bugging me for ice cream for the whole day. I told him if he's being good in the while we're going to the grocery store I will buy him a treat/ice cream. When we went to the grocery store he was really good, he was just sitting still in the cart and was helping me as I fall in line to pay for the stuffs. I thought he forgot about the ice cream so we just went home and then he was asking for the ice cream again.. and I told him I would buy him one after I've gone visiting teaching. I came home about 8:00 from visiting teaching and he wanted to go outside so I let him play with Jessica and the ice cream truck came.. and Andrew was screaming ICE CREAM!!!!! I bought him a NASCAR ice cream and it made him so happy....

Since Jessica turned 12, she got to go to Mutual every Wednesday night. On Wednesday all three of them JR, Johnathan and Jessica has a church activity and they'll be home @ 8:30-9:00. So Russ decided to make Wednesday night our date night so we just have to go to the temple on friday's and not leave Andrew home for a long time. Yesterday we wanted to try a restaurant that we haven't tried before. I chose Roosters.. They have a good service but the food wasn't that great... I don't think I will go back there again....
We waited for about 25 minutes. So we're just goofing around and took pictures...

I woke this morning with a card by the door given by Jessica. When i got downstairs, she decorated my desk with all of these stuffs.. There's 3 mother's day coupon 1. watching andrew 2. doing the dishes, 3.for whatever I ask her to do (just for today)..
