We went for a trip to San Francisco (June17-June 23). We had so much fun and visited to a lot of places. All the photos we took during this trip are in this post. There's a lot of pictures on this post so I hope you'd enjoy looking at them..

Temples
We visited 2 temples during this trip Reno Nevada Temple and Sacramento California Temple.

Jollibee for lunch..

Goofing around before going to sleep..

Monterey State Beach
State beaches are areas with frontage on the ocean, or bays designed to provide swimming, boating, fishing, and other beach-oriented recreational activities. This beach is a favorite place for surfers and tidepool watchers. Fishing is popular, too. The cities of Monterey and Seaside share the park, which has three separate beaches approximately a mile apart.

While the boys are playing by the water, I got the chance to write Abish's and Ammon's name in the sand. Then the big waves flushed away their names and I saw these 2 seagulls after ... Coincidence?? I don't think so!

Russ went fishing one day and I was left with the 2 boys in Monterey without a car. I took the boys to Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row and we rode the bus and trolley to go around. The boys loved riding the bus and the trolley for sure!

Monterey Bay Aquarium & Cannery Row
The main attraction on Cannery Row, and a favorite for visitors to the Central Coast, is the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Constantly surprising with new exhibits and programs, and with a steadfast dedication to marine education and conservation, the aquarium is consistently ranked among the top attractions in the world. Visit the new "Secret Lives of Seahorses" and recently updated children's "Splash Zone" exhibits while you're at Cannery Row.

17 Mile Drive, Monterey
The 17 mile drive, is a wonderful and scenic drive with beautiful views. Aaron was asleep the whole time we did it so it was mostly Andrew and Russ who got to get down in the car and see their beautiful beaches.

Old Fisherman's Wharf- Monterey
A visit to the beautiful Monterey Peninsula just isn't complete without a rendezvous with Old Fisherman's Wharf. Experience a myriad of: • Great Restaurants • Seafood & Chowder • Unique Shops • Whale Watching • Fishing & Sailing • Bay Cruises

Golden Gate Bay Cruise

Launched in 1939 as part of the Golden Gate International Exposition, this cruise has been a highlight of any visit to San Francisco for 70 years. Sail along San Francisco's breathtaking waterfront, under the majestic Golden Gate Bridge, and closely around notorious Alcatraz Island. On route, discover San Francisco's history and world famous landmarks through personal headphone audio in 12 languages. During the cruise, frequent wildlife encounters include seagulls.

The Wax Museum At Fisherman's Wharf

One of the first stops on the list of any San Francisco visitor is world famous Fisherman’s Wharf. The area runs along the northwestern water front from Van Ness Avenue to roughly Pier 35 and originally served as San Francisco’s main fishing pier. Though some fishing still continues here today, the Wharf is primarily known for its excellent dining, fun attractions and easy access to many of the city’s main sight-seeing destinations.

Sky View Tour

The most enjoyable tour we did. We've seen most of San Francisco.
• Union Square • Civic Center Coit Tower
• City Hall • Fillmore Street Lombard Crookedest Street
• Golden Gate Bridge • Palace of Fine Arts Chinatown and Downtown
Ghirardelli Square Fisherman's Wharf

Pier 39
We spent some time at the Pier 39. We went to the Aquarium of the Bay, we saw sea lions, the kids rode the carousel and we had dinner there.

Do you think these boys will run out of energy after a very long day? Nope! They till have some left to goof around before going to sleep.

The main reason of our trip was to go to the Philippine Consulate in San Francisco ( We spent some days before going to the Consulate so we can go to the places we want to see). We're helping a friend get her paperwork done before she goes back to the Philippines.

From San Francisco, we drove home through Lake Tahoe. We stopped for a while and see the lake. The boys wanted to get in the water but we didn't have enough time to do it.

Lake Tahoe is a large freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada range of the United States. At a surface elevation of 6,225 ft (1,897 m), it is located along the border between California and Nevada, west of Carson City, Nevada. Lake Tahoe is the largest alpine lake in North America.

While at the Lake, Andrew did "bungee jumping". He had so much fun that he wanted to do it over and over again...

Bonneville Salt Flats...
The Bonneville Salt Flats is one of the most unique natural features in Utah. Stretching over 30,000 acres, the Bonneville Salt Flats is a fragile resource administered by the Bureau of Land Management. It is located along I-80 near the Utah-Nevada border. Wendover is the closest city.
