We got Andrew a sandbox and he loves it a lot! It will be a good babysitter when I'll have the baby. :)

Andrew doesn't like playing with little girls, he would spend hours playing with boys his age or older than him but he doesn't like playing with little girls and Camilla (Fe's little girl) is no exception. Though we get together often, it's always a challenge for us to keep Andrew from pushing Camilla away when they're playing in one room, but last time they were playing they got along pretty good and they had fun together.

We went to Clearfield City Cemetery first thing this morning to visit Ammon's grave. Though I feel sad visiting Ammon's grave, at the same time I love doing it as often as I can because it is one of the few places where I can be at peace. I love you and miss you my little Ammon!

In the afternoon, we got together with some of our friends and enjoyed some food. We invited our backyard neighbor too. We put our water slide on and let the kids swim. They all had a blast! We're glad the weather was nice today too!

Yesterday (Sunday) we drove to Heber Cemetery to visit Russ's Mom's grave, then down to Springville to say hi to his Dad for a bit... We had fun visiting grandma & grandpa especially Andrew.. It was a pleasant day indeed even if it was raining.

Yesterday was Richie's baby shower. We had loads of fun. We're so happy for our friend Richie & Tyler! After waiting for almost 11 years, they will have their own baby girl soon!

We went to Hatch Park in North Salt Lake to attend Danielle's birthday party. Andrew didn't care about the food and anything else but playing in the playground and in the sandbox.

I have been thinking about my little Ammon the past few days especially with the Memorial Day coming. This morning our neighbor Courtney, asked me to babysit her little boy Keldon (about 2 years old) for a while. Andrew loves to play with Keldon all the time and they spend hours playing in the backyard. When he came over today they watched a movie Bolt together while having some treats. They got along really well, they were quiet and was even sharing their food with each other. As I watched both of them, I have been imagining a lot how fun it would have been to have Andrew and Ammon together just like them. What a joy to watch! Ammon would have been about the same age. I will always be grateful for all the things I learned from my experience with Ammon. It has changed my perspective and I know everything happens for a reason.

I have my scrapbook room/office set up and this is my favorite spot in my office..

It is always special for me to see his pictures and memory box all the time. They may remind me of that painful day but they also remind me of the plan Heavenly Father has for all of His children and how blessed I am to be chosen to be a mother of a little angel.

Diggin' Dirt

Russ got another website. For some reason he couldn't log on to his blogspot account so he created a new one HERE. This is his first blog entry in his own site.

I went out in the yard today and found the whole clan digging in the garden! Even Daisy at 8++ months pregnant was busy preparing to plant. Andrew of course has to be in the center of everything. It's a challenge to keep him from mowing down even the stuff we planted! Jesse pulled weeds while Johnathan was digging them loose with the shovel. Hopefully we will have a good harvest of fresh veggies to eat, YUM!

Update:

We finally got our garden ready. We have 2 good size garden in both ends of our backyard. Our backyard neighbor Courtney is really nice, before we moved in to the house she planted 5 rows of green peas, 3 rows of carrots and a row of onions in our garden. We were working on the other one and we got it done today. We planted tomatoes, and some peppers. We'll be getting more vegetables to plant as we still have a lot of space.

It's been a while since I updated my blog. Life has been crazy since we moved that I barely had time on the computer. After spending a few weeks of packing and almost two weeks of unpacking, we're almost done getting everything in place. I have been going to the clinic twice a week to do NST (Non-Stress Test). Everything went well so far and last time I was there (Monday) I started having contractions and they're pretty consistent so I might have the baby early. I am not that worried though since I'm only few more weeks before my due date.

Anyways here are some pictures...

Mother's Day 2009
We had a mother's day dinner at our house with some of our friends Ritchie & Tyler, and Fe & Scott.

We attended Lisha's baby (Zanayah) on May 9, 2009

Adam was blessed on May 2.

I didn't have time to cook as we were moving so we mostly picked up hamburgers, french fries, chicken nuggets, or pizza.
