We just came back from Idaho. We wanted to attend the open house for Twin Falls Idaho Temple and at the same time do some shopping ( DI and other thrift stores). Our original plan was to go to the open house, shop, see the water falls and come home but we decided to go straight to Boise and stayed overnight there. We did a lot of fun stuffs and visited some scenic attractions (I'll post more pictures later) . We had a lot of wonderful experiences especially going inside the temple. That was the second temple open house that we attended and this time Andrew paid more attention. While waiting inside the chapel, Andrew was singing the "I Love To See The temple" song and was excited to go inside. Before entering the temple our tour guide explained why there's a "Holiness To The Lord" engraved in the temple and we thought Andrew understood what she said because while inside, (the first room we went to was the baptistery) Andrew said while pointing to the oxen that the font rest on, "Mom look a Holy Cow!". I said yes they're cows but he was insisting that they're a “Holy Cow". We thought that was cute! We're grateful that Andrew at a young age have experienced and understood, though not all but a little part of it. I pray that we can always teach him and guide him accordingly so someday he'll be worthy to go inside the house of the Lord.
After our tour, we returned back to the chapel for a light refreshment and there were some displays. Here's some pictures! Thanks for stopping by!
